تعلن شركة زين الاردن للاتصالات في عمان عن حاجتها الى :

١) ZAIN5766 - Network Administrator Team Member(Annual Contract)


Assisting in solutions design and installation, while tracking and controlling subcontractor’s performance, as well as handling post-installation technical support, operational actions, and customer’s requests fulfillment.


You will be responsible for:-
  • Assisting in the process of developing/ designing new Telecom Solutions for large facilities, such as Network Infrastructure installation, through transforming customer requirements into technical specification reflected in the solution design.  
  • Contributing in projects implementation, while providing management with required reports; in order to complete projects successfully and within set time frame.
  • Tracking and controlling subcontractor’s performance to ensure that all projects are being executed according to the set specifications and standards, and in compliance with the contractual agreements.  
  • Minimizing downtime and degradation related to Telecom Solutions; through monitoring statues, and subsequently identifying and resolving errors/ failures.  
  • Executing the Network Infrastructure corrective/ preventive maintenance plans related to solutions installed in large facilities to maintain the efficient performance of the network and avoid service degradation.
  • Supporting related procurement activities, through accurately identifying and acquiring required material and equipment within set time frames, quality standards and price ranges; to ensure optimal utilization of resources.  
  • Handling customer’s complaints and satisfying their needs after solution installation in professional and systematic manner.  
  • Carrying-out the documentation process of related special projects; in order to smoothen and accelerate future upgrade, maintenance, installation and all other operational activities. 
  • Proposing improvement on solutions provided to customer; utilizing latest technological trends and developments.
  • Monitoring and maintaining Network Security Systems within provided Telecom solutions, in order to protect customer’s information/ systems from any theft or fraud incidents, while reporting such incident to the management and taking proper actions to stop and prevent them accordingly. 
  • Performing other duties related to the job as assigned by the direct supervisor.


  • You will be required to have Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunication Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • You shall have 0-2 years of relevant experience.
  • Preferred certifications: CCNA, ITIL or equivalent professional certificate.

٢) ZAIN5690 - Corporate Entrepreneurship Responsibility Intern (مسؤولية ريادة الأعمال)

 الهدف العام للوظيفة
تشكيل نشاطات قسم مسؤولية ريادة الأعمال (CER) بشكل مسبق، بما في ذلك إدارة المنشأة، الموارد، التكنولوجيا والصيانة اللازمة في أي وقت من الأوقات. بالإضافة لتنظيم الفعاليات والاتصالات، وكذلك أداء مختلف المهام التي تهدف إلى تحقيق الأهداف المحددة المتعلقة بالاستراتيجية المتبناة من قبل قسم ريادة الأعمالCER.

Main Responsibilities

المهام والمسؤوليات

- دعم ومتابعة حجز الفعاليات من خلال التنسيق مع الجهات المنظمة لها، المزودين، جهات الاختصاص، المكان، المتحدثين وممثلي الحدث في الوقت المناسب.
- المساعدة في الترتيبات واللوجستيات والاستعدادات للفعاليات، والتأكد من حضور جميع شركاء منصة زين للابداع (ZINC) ، والانخراط مع الأطراف ذات الصلة خارجيا وداخليا.
- إنشاء علاقات ممتازة مع شركاء منصة زين للابداع (ZINC) والمورّدين وأصحاب المصلحة والحفاظ عليها.
- إدارة الفرق ذات المصادر الخارجية، وضمان اتباع معايير تنفيذ عالية المستوى.
- إنشاء وطباعة ونشر نشرة أخبار منصة زين للابداع (ZINC) حسب الطرق المتبعة لذلك. بالإضافة إلى تحديث محتوى تطبيق ZINC.
- متابعة الموجودات، ذات الصلة، داخل مرافق ومعدات منصة زين للابداع (ZINC) ، والتأكد من توفرها وفعاليتها بشكل مستمر.
- متابعة أعمال الصيانة عبر المنشأة لضمان سلاسة سير العمليات، وإنجاز طلبات الصيانة بشكل ملائم.
- إصدار بطاقات عضوية ZINC للطلبات الموافق عليها.
- استلام ومراجعة طلبات العضوية في ZINC مع مدير قسم ريادة الأعمال.
- إدارة جميع الخدمات المقدمة لأعضاء ZINC، وضمان تقديم خدمة عالية المستوى.
- إدارة ومعالجة التحليلات، التقارير، وفعاليات وأنشطة ZINC.
- القيام بأية مهام ذات علاقة بالوظيفة والمكلف بها من قبل المسؤول المباشر.

    ٣) ZAIN5663 - Call Center Representative


    Handling various types of customer correspondences through various communication channel such as phone calls, text messages, social media…etc in a professional convivial manner while adhering to set policies, procedures and required quality of service, ensuring achieving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure customers satisfaction, in addition to carrying out necessary actions in order to provide customers with complete and correct responses to their enquiries, resolving their problems and handling their complaints.


    • Handling various types of customer correspondences through inbound calls, outbound calls, Messages, multimedia channels, and/ or other ways of interactions in a professional and convivial manner while adhering to quality standard and service levels to maintain customer satisfaction.
    • Promoting and maintaining vigorous and positive corporate image and identity during interactions with customers.
    • Facilitating the interaction of Zain with its customers by answering customers enquires and resolving their problems through comprehensible guidance, recommending proper solution(s), and proposing adequate enlightenments in a timely and effective manner.
    • Representing a sound understanding and consciousness of customers' enquiries, conflicts, perceptions, concerns and suggestions through deriving efficient reciprocal correspondences and sympathizing with customers without compromising on Zain's policies, standards and procedures.

    ٥)  ZAIN5587 - Transmission Enterprise Solutions


    Handling Zain’s transmission enterprise solutions; which may include solution installation, carrying-out provisioning, integrating, configuring, and encapsulating activities, and contributing in the solution design, while preparing and updating all related documents.


    you will be responsible for:
    • Contributing in designing transmission enterprise solutions, using available systems/ equipment to collect and analyze related data, identifying design requirements, developing initial designs, selecting technical specification in line with customer needs, while following Zani’s policies and procedures ; in order to provide tailored solutions to customers.
    • Executing installation projects covering transmission enterprise solutions; through tracking tasks, allocating resources, following up on milestones and overall progress, also updating the master sheet and providing management with related reports, in order to complete projects successfully and within set timeframes and budget limits.
    •  Handling provisioning, integrating, configuring and encapsulating activities over various systems and equipment of Microwave and Optical Networks technologies; ensuring proper operation of solutions.
    •  Managing commissioning processes covering new installed enterprise solutions, in order to ensure their proper functionality, and taking needed measures in case of any malfunction.
    • Supporting Sales function through handling technical aspects of Transmission Enterprise Solutions, including the preparation/ delivery of presentations to Customers and explaining/ discussing technical aspects of solutions, while understanding customers’ requirements.
    • Following-up and auditing on the progress of subcontractors, coordinating their activities and examining their performance and deliverables, in line with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
    • Handling all customer requests and answering their inquiries regarding Enterprise Solutions facilitating its fulfillment in an effective and timely manner and in coordination with all concerned parties.
    • Recommending updates on existing enterprise solution and assisting in developing new solutions in a way that satisfy customer needs and maximize Zain’s profitability.
    • Designing, implementing and administrating the Broad Band Access technologies such as (ADSL, FTTH, WiFi, ETTH) including the Network elements (BNG, OLT, Controller, ..etc)

    What Do I need ?

    You will be required to have Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Communication Engineering or a related field.
