Senior Remote Support Engineer


Senior Remote Support Engineer is a key member of the team and must possess a strong commitment to high-quality customer service and solid work ethic.  

Customer Satisfaction through meeting all defined SLA’s is the main goal of Level 2/3 Technical Geek. The candidate must be an experienced technologist with a proven track record of hands-on experience. 

Responsibilities 
  • Primarily responsible for first customer interaction and management of client infrastructure services. 
  • Meeting defined SLA’s for initial response and issue resolution.  
  • Independently resolve Level 2 and Level 3 issues remotely.  
  • Management of client infrastructure hardware/software and related technologies. 
  • Identify & troubleshoot server, email and network issues. 
  • Maintain 0 downtime at client sites, Identify & troubleshoot server, email and network issues 
  • Document solutions and infrastructure. 
  • Assist L1 and L2 Geeks with any escalations 
  • Evolve into a team leader position to support resources in Jordan 

Position Requirements 
  • Technical Certifications (MCSA/MCSE, CCNA/CCNP, ACSP(preferred)) 
  • Minimum 5 years’ IT experience. 
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience with remote support. 
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience with team management.  
  • Proven track record identifying and championing appropriate new technologies. 
  • Strong knowledge and experience in server and network infrastructure problem resolution. 
  • Proficient with managing multiple clients. 
  • Advanced troubleshooting skills of familiar and unfamiliar technologies alike. 
  • May require to troubleshoot unfamiliar products through vendor or online documentation. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills including interpersonal / customer service skills. 
  • Superior analytical and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail.

Work Conditions
