HR Operations Officer

Job description

Key responsibilities & accountabilities:
  • Continuously follow up on any updates pertaining to the effective labor law and ensure adherence and communication of such across the Group.
  • Continuously follow up on any updates pertaining to the Social Security legislations and ensure adherence and communication of such across the Group.
  • Continuously follow up on any updates pertaining to the Health Insurance Policy and ensure adherence and communication of such across the Group.
  • Assist the Senior HR Operations Officer in coordinating with the Health Insurance provider to add, remove and change the Health Insurance of Employees as per the Group’s health insurance policy.
  • Assist the Senior HR Operations Officer in reviewing & updating the Internal Bylaw ensuring its compliance with any updates pertaining to the effective Labor Law.
  • Communicate the Internal Bylaw, admin policies and procedures and any updates pertaining to such to all Employees ensuring full awareness and adherence.
  • Maintain all forms pertaining to Employees transactions and the Group’s internal policies and bylaw, and provide Employees with such whenever requested.
  • Receive, verify and archive official documents received by Employees and pertaining to their personal information, ensuring the completeness and integrity of such important documents.
  • Receive and archive filled forms pertaining to Employees’ transactions, in addition to any other records pertaining to the Employees’ personnel & admin issues.
  • Archive & maintain Employees records and documents, ensuring an organized, safe, complete and easily retrievable records keeping and archiving.
  • Assist the Senior HR Operations Officer in updating the HRIS data, ensuring a timely and accurate data, therefore guaranteeing the Employee’s data readiness and integrity on the HRIS.
  • Provide other HR functions with accurate Employee’s data in order to be used for recruitment, development and total rewards purposes.
  • Assist the Senior HR Operations Officer in Preparing periodic and non-periodic reports pertaining to the HR Operations activities and submit such for the HR Operations Manager for review, discussion and directions.
Desired Skills and Experiance 
  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration or any other related field
  • Good communication skill in both English and Arabic
  • Very good Computer Skills (MS Excel, Word, Power point)
