HR Assistant


BACKGROUND

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Scope of Work:
  • Ensure update of the HR database and periodical reporting to the Program Manager
  • Responsible for issuing ID badges for all Staff.
  • File all contracts and supporting documents in each personnel file as needed.
  • File and scan HR documents and upload on HR shared folder.
  • Prepare employee separation papers and related documents.
  • Facilitate the onboarding for all new staff.
  • Maintain up-to-date leave tracking record for all IMC locations.
  • Ensure the leave balance and personnel files are up to date
  • Responsible for the preparation of any official letter related to HR Department (salary transfer certificate to banks, salary certificates, experience letters…etc) to employees upon request.
  • Report any attendance problems to each department head.
  • Prepares certificates and other HR documents when needed.
  • Review and scan all IMC Jordan employees’ timesheets and leave requests.
  • Cover for colleagues when they are on leave
  • Cooperate with other HR team members in supporting each other and providing any needed information/feedback.
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • good computing skills in Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint & Excel required.
  • Excellent written, verbal, & electronic communication skills required
