Customer Support Officer


We are looking for a motivated and disciplined candidate to join our Customer Support team. As a Customer Support Officer the candidate will provide customer service and assistance to the users through phone and email.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Follow up with all clients.
  • Maintain client records by updating their account information on the system.
  • Handle complaints, suggestions and inquires via email.
  • Provide accurate information to the customers in a clear, courteous and professional manner.
  • Assist the Product Manager in all related matters.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any relevant filed.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Background in Jordanian Labor Law is a plus.
  • Experience is HR related functions is a plus.
  • Excellent command in both Arabic and English.
  • Good writing skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Positive attitude.
  • Able to report and solve issues promptly.
  • Can handle workload and pressure.
