Position Title: ECD Program Assistant (Host Community)
PURPOSE OF POSITION:
Under the overall supervision of the ECD Program AssistantECD Assistant for host Community will be responsible to assist the ECD Program Assistant in following up with day to day activities in Amman and Zarqa , with assist in collecting and entering all Data related to LR and GBG Activities on time with high quality , preparing the needed procurement requests and receiving and preparing GRNs, is responsible also to organize, store and analyze data with attention on security and confidentiality with a strong understanding of databases and data analysis procedure, the post holder ensures that information flows timely and securely to and from the office as well.
Major Responsibilities:
· Assist ECD Program Assistant in following up with day to day ECD activities in Host Community
· Assist ECD Field Leaders in preparing needed procurement requests and receive and prepare GRNs.
· Follow up with SRAD for permissions related to ECD Activities.
· Prepare, Compile and Sort Documents for Data Entry.
· Check Source Documents for Accuracy.
· Verify Data and Correct Data Where Necessary.
· Obtain Further Information for Incomplete Documents.
· Update Data and Delete Unnecessary Files.
· Combine and Rearrange Data from Source Documents Where Required
· Enter Data from Source Documents into Prescribed Computer Database, Files and Forms
· Transcribe Information into Required Electronic Format
· Check Completed Work for Accuracy.
· Store Completed Documents.
· Maintain Logbooks or Records of Activities and Tasks.
· Respond to Requests for Information and Access Relevant Files from ECD Program activities in host community
· Print Information When Required.
· Comply with Data Integrity and Security Policies.
· Prepare A List of ECD activities Equipment and Stationery Supplies.
· Any other duty as assigned by the ECD Program Assistant
Education:
Diploma or university Degree in related field.

Experience:
At Least two -year experience in Data Management.

  • Ability to cope and work under pressure, multi-task and meet deadlines.

  • Very good knowledge of child protection.
  • Good Experience in Humanitarian work
