تعلن  ICMC International Catholic Migration Commission في محافظة المفرق عن حاجتها الى :

Finance Assistnt

Specific Duties

  1. Check Mafraq Finger print list, match the leaves with it, track the missing Leaves and share it with Admin and HR support Officer.
  2. Provide support on preparing timesheets
  3. Point of contact between Admin./HR and the field.
  4. Help in tracking the needed quantities of office supplies and prepaid cards in the field and share the list with the Administrative Assistant.
  5. Assist and support HR Officer and Office Manager when needed.
  6. Help in Distributing of :
  • Cash Assistant
  • ATM distribution
  • Rent Chq distribution
  1. Getting the necessary support documents for  cash, ATM, Rent distribution
  2. Payroll chq distribution and having payslip signed by the related employee
  3. Be in charge of the petty cash, and petty cash disbursements. Making sure all the petty cash is well supported and signed by the authorized person
  4.  Helping in scanning the necessary supporting documents, and forward the same to operations.

Administrative Duties: 

  1.  Assist with various administrative duties, as required by the supervisor

Communication and Coordination:

  1. Establish good and regular communication with project beneficiaries, ICMC partners                                              and various service providers
  2. Establish good communication and coordination with all ICMC departments and project staff 
Other:
  1. Strictly follow the ICMC internal procedures and guidelines
  2. Perform any other duties as assigned by the superviso
Required Qualifications:

  1. University degree in Finance or related.
  2.  Minimum two years professional experience, preferably in the NGO sector
  3.  Ability to work with spreadsheets
  4.  Experience in use of accounting software a plus
  5.  Sound understanding of financial regulations and procedures
  6.  Excellent English and Arabic written and oral skills
  7.  Excellent communication skills
  8.  Team player and self starter
