Logistics Assistant


BACKGROUND

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Scope of Work:
Logistics Assistant – is responsible to maintain the Logistics files by organizing, scanning them and prepare the related paper work.
  • Maintain both hard and soft copies of Logistics paperwork and archive them in a proper way
  • Organizing and updating the Logistics filing system, vendors file, Online PTS and entering data.
  • Support Logistics officer to maintain and prepare the donation letters, and GIKs and share the required reports with the Management.
  • Execute the direct order purchase for the filed and close them on the system (Cost-point )
  • Support the filed team by Preparing generator reports.
  • Support the field team in the assets and inventory verification and manage the assets handover .
  • Support the Logistics officer to renew the lease contracts and conduct site assessment.
  •  Conduct BI screening for the vendors, partners, agencies and collect the required document s.
  •  Coordinate with the telecommunication company to activate and deactivate the subscriptions.    
  •  Assist with additional tasks as determined to be needed by supervisors
Qualifications & Skills:
  • 0- 2 years of experience in Logistics or any related field. 
  • Good level of written and spoken English
  • Preferably Bachelor degree or any related experience
  • Experience in MS office suit, especially MS Excel, is a must.
  • Organization, Typing, Data Entry Skills and Attention to Detail
  • Ability to work in the camp & Urban.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work within a team structure or in isolation, flexible, and can cope with stressful workloads and working with limited resources.
  • Ability to work independently.
