Sales Ops & Sales Force Admin

About the position 
As a member of the Sales Team, you will drive the growth of Geeks’ business customer base. You are expected to strategically identify target businesses, problem solves creatively, develop deep relationships with key stakeholders, and drive conversions.  
You obsess over metrics such as conversion rate, conversion cohorts, lead times and lifetime value. This position requires salesmanship, leadership, creativity, and perpetual analysis. 

Roles and Responsibilities include 
  • Own the end-to-end process of tracking the sales funnel and operational metrics and delivering regular insights to the business; define and deliver techniques to improve the funnel performance for sales management 
  • Lead Salesforce administration and project prioritization and continuous iterative development and improvement  
  • Act as the point of contact for the sales and prospecting team 
  • Work the CSO to define quarterly objectives and drive the team to hit key milestones to increase acquisition and activation 
  • Provide recommendations and take actions based on strategic objectives, forecast or performance metrics 
  • Enhance sales productivity by enabling the team to work smarter by simplifying processes and evaluating new tools and integrations on Salesforce 
  • Identify and eliminate sales process bottlenecks and inconsistencies 
  • Produce and review actionable and accurate sales reporting and BI tools through Salesforce 
  • Support new and existing Salesforce user base with questions and issues in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud 
  • Develop and maintain training materials and training curriculum 
  • Document system configuration and administrative processes 
  • Keep abreast of Salesforce releases, features and best practices.  

Skills / Experience 
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales operation 
  • Demonstrated success in a sales op, business ops, or similar role 
  • 3+ years’ experience Administration and configuration of Salesforce.com Sales Cloud and Service Cloud configuration 
  • Salesforce.com Advanced Administrator Certification is a must 
  • Proven Salesforce subject matter expert with experience creating reports, optimizing processes, training new hires, managing dashboards, and more 
  • Able to gather, document and execute detailed specifications from high-level requirements with little to average amount of supervision 
  • Excellent project management skills 
  • Bachelor’s degree required, MBA is a plus 
  • Evidence of being a “Top performer at previous roles” 
  • Agile, self-starter who can work independently and collaboratively
