• Bachelor’s Degree in related field with 12+ years’ experience in human resources.

• Supervisory and management experience.

• Demonstrated ability to understand HR related issues domestically and internationally.

• Demonstrated knowledge of benefits and compensation related government rules and regulations and their impact.

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
