Quality Assurance Manager at Rivage Factory

Quality Assurance Job Description
  • Under the guidance of the Quality Manager, support the Quality System infrastructure by performing QA tasks pertaining to documentation of processes.
  • Prepare, format and review Quality SOPs, Forms, Fill and Assembly Specifications, Component Specifications and manages QA related document control.
  • Process Approval of QA component Standards for internal and external partners’ use.
  • Help create, organize, manage and archive GMP documentation, product release, investigation support documents, non-conformance, CAPA, and stability program.
  • Manages the complaint handling system and works with internal partners to track and process\route for analysis, reporting and closing complaints in a timely manner.
  • Manage\Process customer product quality feedback raw data to summarize and trend.
  • Prepare, control and maintain Quality System Data Logs (Nonconformance reports, Corrective Action, Customer Complaints, documents master list).
  • Support building of product component dossier by obtaining/organizing packaging Technical documents (SDS, Drawings, Specs) as required.
  • Perform audit of external suppliers and manufacturers as required and maintain audit records. Support initial production on site at contract manufacturers as required.
  • Assists with the archiving and storage of batch production and laboratory control records.
  • Monitor product expiration dates of existing retain stock and annual standards to ensure the highest standards of product quality.
  • Perform training in all aspects of Quality Management Systems as required.
  • Perform any other relevant tasks as directed by management.
Experience & Qualifications
  • A proven track record of working collaboratively and being accountable.
  • The ability to effectively partner and motivate across functions and with outside vendors.
  • The ability to think strategically, creatively, and analytically.
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work with both qualitative and quantitative Quality documentation and information
  • Attention to detail and ability to perform a variety of Quality related tasks
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a corporate environment preferably in one of the following industries/disciplines: skincare, life sciences, manufacturing, quality control, pharmaceutical, or clinical testing.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical or Biochemistry.  
  • Knowledge of Quality Management Systems compliant to FDA – CFR, ISO 22716, ISO 9000, a plus
