Our client, a well-known law firm in the Middle East is looking for aSecretary who will provide primary support to the Partner and Legal Consultants. In this role, you will have the following responsibilities:·     Operation of the phone console, screening incoming calls, messages·     Scheduling of conference room, video/teleconferences, guest offices·     Legal Secretarial support for legal consultant·     Preparing routine documents, billing, and correspondence·     Time/Diary entry·     Filing·     Travel arrangements·     Calendar management·     Preparing check/wire transfer requests, expense reports·     Other administrative duties as may be assigned To be successful, you need to meet the following criteria:·     Excellent Arabic and English communications skills (reading, writing, verbal)·     A minimum of three years of experience in a professional service environment/similar role·     Exceptional customer service skills, superb phone skills and detail oriented·     Strong written and verbal skills·     Professional demeanor and a demonstrated ability to establish a rapport with individuals at all levels of management, peers and guests·     Ability to multi-task and prioritize·     Strong technical and proofreading skills·     Self-starter and team player·     Flexibility to work overtime·     Outlook, MS Word, Excel Please note that this position will be based in Amman, Jordan.   To know more about our current vacancies, please visit www.blackpearlconsult.com
