Job requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Food Science or Technology or in a related field of study
- Minimum 2 years of experience in QC/QA department in the food processing industry.
- Understanding of QA methodology and processes.
- Understanding of HACCP, Food Quality, Food Safety and sanitation systems and programs.
- Must be knowledgeable in food processing equipment and laboratory operations.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills and attention to reporting accuracy.
- Demonstrated experience in collecting and analyzing technical information and data.
- Excellent Computer skills.
- Excellent Interpersonal & Communication Skills.
