تعلن  International Medical Corps في عمان عن حاجتها الى :

Logistics Officer / Field

Scope of Work:
  • Assist the Field Coordinator / and Logistics Manager in planning and executing tenders and purchase orders related to field (Urban, Azraq and Zaatari camp)
  • Coordinate closely with Program Staff in the Camp to ensure that procurement and other regular logistical processes effectively support program activities, in line with the protocols of IMC’s Logistics Manual;
  • Ensure that local procurements in field site are carried out in an appropriate way, in line with IMC compliance protocols;
  • Maintain and update all Procurement and GRN on the Cost Point System.
  • Ensure that all the generators are maintained and refueled in a timely manner, including the implementation of the generator consumption and maintenance tracking tool; 
  • Collect bids and contact suppliers to ensure effective procurement and maintenance;
  • Follow up with warehouse management in Amman regarding all field GIOs;
  • Maintain and exercise general control on Field stores in accordance with IMC standard procedures;
  • Assist the Finance Department in any relevant procurement / services belong to the camps;
  • Assist the asset controller in appropriately managing all assets and stocks in the field, including ensuring that IMC Jordan assets and inventory list is updated on a monthly basis, and that physical checks are regularly carried out;
  • Assist the Field Coordinator and Logistics manager in any administrative requirements as well as Gift in Kind (GIK) for the camps, also in coordination with the IMC Administration officers in the field.
  • Support the management of the IMC vehicles in field, and coordinate with the Head of Drivers on any travel arrangements and reservations needed;
  • Following up with the security manager regarding all the security matters in the camp, and manage the daily liaison with the SRAD in Camps to issue security permissions for IMC vehicles, visitors and vendors;
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Field Coordinator and/ or Logistic Specialist. Perform other duties assigned by supervisor.
Deliverables:
  • Weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports
Qualifications:
  • Minimum one-year experience in Logistics with international NGOs, UN agencies or any related field. 
  • Good level of written and spoken English
  • Preferably Bachelor degree or any related experience
  • Experience in MS office suit, especially MS Excel, is a must.
  • Organization, Typing, Data Entry Skills and Attention to Detail
  • Ability to work in the camp & Urban.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work within a team structure or in isolation, flexible, and can cope with stressful workloads and working with limited resources.
  • Ability to work independently.
