FINCA Jordan, a leading microfinance institution and a subsidiary of FINCA Microfinance Holding Company LLC (FMH), and part of a network of 21 microfinance institutions and banks that provide socially responsible financial services that enable low-income individuals and communities to invest in the future, is looking to fill the following job vacancy in its Head Office:

PROJECT MANAGER

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Design and implement a full project plan for all assigned projects.
Establish and implement a process for generating analysis of timelines, resources and budgeting information.
Execute, monitor, and control projects with respect to the Project Management plan.
Perform scope verification and manage changes to project requirement as needed.
Liaise with project team members and leaders to ensure timely and proactive action
Analyze narrative or statistical data for final report preparation.
Cooperate with other structural units and supports them in everyday activities when required.
Manage and identify any risks within his/her area, as part of this support the implementation of the risk management policy, procedures and strategies and control enforcement. Build risk culture and boost risk awareness.
Support special projects, as required by the IT Manager.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor Degree in Banking, Business Administration, IT or similar;
Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, preferably within Digital Financial Services.
Project Management skills. PMI Certification is a plus.
Excellent knowledge of Arabic and English languages.
Strong technical orientation related to the job.
Strong MS-Project skills, including good working knowledge of MS Office (especially MS Project) and Visio
