تعلن  International Medical Corps عن حاجتها الى :

Logistics Officer – Asset Controller

Scope of Work:
  • Perform all tasks related to asset management and check that all assets and inventory old and new are properly recorded and tagged in line with IMC policies and procedures.
  • Keep the asset register, asset cards and handover forms up to date with information of where each asset is/who it has been issued to. Send an updated asset register to the Area Logistics Manager on a monthly basis.
  • Ensure that all assets are registered on the Cost Point system and update the condition / statues for each assets /attractive items updated on the system regularly.
  • Conduct a training and presentation for Cost Point system – Assets model for IMC team when it needed.
  • Perform a monthly asset check, report if any assets/inventory are broken, lost or stolen on the Inventory Loss/Theft/Damage report, to be countersigned by the Area Logistics Manager.
  • If any broken assets are repairable, arrange for their repair together with the Logistics & Procurement Officer.
  • Perform a quarterly physical asset check with the Sub Area Manager, print updated asset register, sign and file. Record any damages or faulty items and arrange to have the fixed if possible/cost effective. Send updated asset register to Area Logistics Manager.
  • Ensure that any donated assets are fully recorded and donation certificates and/or contracts are fully signed and properly authorized by the Country Director.
  • Assist in the management and disposal of assets in accordance with DRC and donor guidelines.
  • Oversee the accounting and control of the communication systems (mobiles, radio, internet) including request for repairs.
  • Maintain and prepare the donation letters, and GIKs and share the required reports with the Management.
  • Perform other duties assigned by supervisor.

  • Weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports
Qualifications:
  • Minimum one-year experience in Logistics with international NGOs, UN agencies or any related field. 
  • Good level of written and spoken English
  • Preferably Bachelor degree or any related experience
  • Experience in MS office suit, especially MS Excel, is a must.
  • Organization, Typing, Data Entry Skills and Attention to Detail
  • Ability to work in the camp & Urban.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work within a team structure or in isolation, flexible, and can cope with stressful workloads and working with limited resources.
  • Ability to work independently.
